Is the Pool only for our use?
The Pool is shared by the 2 people who may be staying in the Orange Grove and the 4 people who may be in the Old Stables.
How do we know if the dates we require are available? Check the availability pages, they are kept up to date but please ring or send us a mail before booking flights in case we are in the process of taking another booking.
Can you hold dates while we make our travel arrangements? Wherever possible we will try and help with this.
What day can we arrive and depart? We are totally flexible on this.
Are there animals at Finca Arboleda We have a Galga, (Spanish Greyhound) and chickens.
Do we accept Dogs? Normally a maximum of one and not in the peak summer months. Dogs must be controlled and are not allowed in the pool. Please ask if you would like to bring one. We charge 30 euros per stay.
Is all bedding and towels supplied? Yes.
Do we need to bring pool towels? We supply these as well.
Are there any final cleaning charges? No but we expect the accommodation to be left clean and tidy.
How many people can stay? A maximum of 2 in the Orange Grove and 4 in the Old Stables.
Cooling? There are ceiling fans and air conditioning,we do not charge extra but ask for it to be used sensibly.
Heating? Central heating is supplied in the morning and evening, when needed and the air con units also provide heating .
Do we need a car to enjoy a stay at Finca Arboleda? Yes, it is almost essential.
Where are the closest shops, banks, restaurants? Vera is a 5 minute drive and has everything you need.
What provisions can we expect to find on arrival? We will leave for your arrival. A few toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, cleaning cloths and products, Salt & Pepper, Olive Oil and we can do a welcome shop for you if you send us a list.
What time can we arrive and when do we need to leave? Departure by 10am, arrival after 3pm. Earlier arrival may be possible, please ask. Late departure may cost extra.
Is a breakage/security deposit charged? No, but breakage's will be charged for.
How do we pay for our stay? We accept bank transfer or in some cases cash or part cash on arrival. Payment can be in Euros, GBP or SEK. See cancallation policy below.
Is smoking allowed? Smoking is strictly only allowed outdoors.
When must we pay for our stay? We require a 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks before arrival, unless agreed otherwise.
How do we know Finca Arboleda is genuine? We have been established since 2004 and are registered with the Almeria tourist authority as a rural tourist lodging VTAR/AL/00189. We are also listed on the Vera tourist office site here.
Anything else I should know? We have a friendly Dog. We have a couple of neighbours and ask for respect with regard to late night noise.
Can I use the internet and what will it cost? We have free WiFi coverage, it is expected to be serviceable but is not guaranteed and does not form part of the rental contract.
What TV channels are there? A streaming service providing content in most languages including Sport, Series and films, it is free and it does not form part of the rental contract.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Because we have a strict no-refund policy, we strongly recommend 'Cancel For Any Reason' travel insurance.


If you cancel, we will attempt to re-let the dates. If we are successful, we will refund you the amount we received from the new guest, minus a small admin fee.


If we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control we will offer,

1.
The option to move the booking to a future date.
2.A credit voucher for the full amount paid.
3.If neither of the above is acceptable, a full refund of all payments.
This shall be the full extent of the our liability."


Política de cancelación

Debido a que tenemos una política estricta de no reembolso, recomendamos encarecidamente contratar un seguro de viaje que cubra cancelación por cualquier motivo.
Si cancela su reserva, intentaremos volver a alquilar las fechas. Si lo conseguimos, le reembolsaremos el importe recibido del nuevo huésped, menos una pequeña tasa administrativa.
Si necesitamos cancelar su reserva debido a circunstancias fuera de nuestro control, le ofreceremos:
1.La opción de cambiar la reserva a una fecha futura.
2.Un bono por el importe total pagado.
3.Si ninguna de las anteriores opciones es aceptable, un reembolso completo de todos los pagos realizados.
Esto constituirá el límite total de nuestra responsabilidad.
