| Is the Pool only for our use? | The Pool is shared by the 2 people who may be staying in the Apartment and the 4 people who may be in the Villa. No Children in peak season. |
| How do we know if the dates we require are available? | Check the availability pages, they are kept up to date or send us a mail. |
| Can you hold dates while we make our travel arrangements? | Wherever possible we will try and help with this. |
| Do you have a baby cot and highchair? | Yes. |
| Is all bedding and towels supplied? | Yes, except for the cot. |
| Do we need to bring pool towels? | We can supply these on request. |
| Are there any final cleaning charges? | No but we expect the accommodation to be left clean and tidy. |
| How many people can stay? | 2 in the Apartment and 4 in the Villa, sometimes we can allow extra people for a small charge. |
| Are Children welcome at Finca Arboleda? | Yes, but we have an adult only policy in the peak summer months. |
| Are there any other charges? | Not normally except if the heating is required for more than 8 hours a day. |
| Do we need a car to enjoy a stay at Finca Arboleda? | Yes, it is almost essential. |
| Where are the closest shops, banks, restaurants? | Vera is a 5 minute drive and has everything you need. |
| What provisions can we expect to find on arrival? | We will leave for your arrival. A few toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, cleaning cloths and products, Salt & Pepper, Tea, Coffee, Olive Oil and we can do a welcome shop for you if you send us a list. |
| What time can we arrive and when do we need to leave? | Departure before 10am, arrival after 3pm.We try to be flexible, please ask in advance if you would like alternative arrangments. |
| Is a breakage/security deposit charged? | No, but breakage's will be charged for. |
| How do we pay for our stay? | We prefer bank transfer, credit card through paypal or in some cases cash or part cash on arrival. |
| When must we pay for our stay? | We expect a 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. |
| How do we know Finca Arboleda is genuine? | We have been established since 2004 with long running adverts on various web sites, an active guest book and blog, please ask if you want details. |
| Anything else I should know? | We have a friendly Dog. We have a couple of neighbours and ask for respect with regard to noise. |
| Can I use the internet and what will it cost? | We have free WiFi coverage which normally works in the Apartment and Villa, it is not gauranteed and does not form part of the rental contract. |
| What TV channels are there. | There are the free UK satellite channels and Spanish freeview (TDT) |
