The Old Stables is a charming, air-conditioned two bedroom villa set in its own private garden. It has a well-equipped kitchen, shaded outdoor terrace, fast Wi-Fi, and access to our beautiful shared swimming pool — surrounded by olive and fruit trees. It’s ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for comfort and tranquility in a rural setting, while still being close to the coast.
We’re located just five minutes from Vera town, ten minutes from Vera Playa, and around twenty minutes from the historic Mojácar pueblo. Enjoy local markets, beach walks, seafood restaurants, and stunning views of the Sierra Cabrera mountains.
At Finca Arboleda, we also follow eco-friendly practices — using solar energy and offering our own small-batch organic olive oil, available to guests during their stay.

The Old Stables es una villa de un dormitorio con aire acondicionado, cocina totalmente equipada, terraza privada con sombra, Wi-Fi rápido y acceso a nuestra piscina compartida rodeada de árboles frutales y olivos. Es ideal para parejas o viajeros solitarios que buscan tranquilidad en un entorno rural, cerca de la costa.
Estamos ubicados a solo cinco minutos de Vera pueblo, diez minutos de Vera Playa y unos veinte minutos del encantador Mojácar pueblo. Disfruta de mercados locales, playas naturales, buenos restaurantes y vistas espectaculares de la Sierra Cabrera.
En Finca Arboleda también cuidamos del medio ambiente. Usamos energía solar y ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes nuestro propio aceite de oliva ecológico.
