In January 2009 Rob and Lia from Holland made "The Old Stables" their home for 4 weeks and he has written a 15 page account of their stay. Finca Arboleda is situated in the countryside 5 minutes drive from the small town of Vera on Costa Almeria and only 10 minutes from the beach.
Offering a 2 bedroom Villa and a 1 bedroom Apartment or why not rent them both, ideal for a family with friends or bring the grandparents, they make perfect babysitters!
A little Oasis set in 5000 sq metres of mature trees with the added benefits of a truly beautiful 10x5 metre pebbletec swimming pool with salt purification so no excessive cholrine, English TV and wireless internet.
The perfect location for that not too remote away from it all holiday.

Finca Arboleda is a wonderful quiet spot, surrounded by beautiful fig/olive/orange and lemon trees. It was a joy to cook up a delicious meal every evening with the added local ingredients.. We loved the pool and it was difficult to tear ourselves away from it. When we did however, we discovered some lovely local beaches . Our Orange Grove apartment was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more... truly an idyllic spot and would recommend to anyone. Thank you. Best Wishes Sarah and Paul
Everything was lovely! Stables clean, cool, comfortable, very well equipped (everything you could possibly need) beautiful surroundings, trees and pool. Easy to get to beach, restaurants etc. That said, Mick, Pirkko and Stig are the icing on the cake. Friendly, kind, but not in your face. Book with confidence - we loved it! Thanks again!
